We stock many of the pieces on the website and a whole lot more. Some pieces are custom made and may be out of stock, so please call ahead if you wish to view a piece to check we have one available.

We can make pieces to order, so if you see something you like but it is not quite right give the shop a call and we can talk about the alternatives.

We love to make commissions. Whether you have a specific idea or a vague notion we can help you develop a design and create something you will love. Check out our commission process here.

Some pieces are made to order and others we have in stock ready to ship. We try and make the information about the expected dispatch date available on each individual product but sometimes stock levels vary quicker than the website can be updated. We love a challenge and a deadline, so if we can do it, we will try our hardest to meet it, so call the shop and we can check if the product you are after is ready to go.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which promises delivery the next day and requires a signature upon delivery. Please note the delivery is after the date of dispatch and not after the order date. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not being delivered on time if the recipient is not in to take delivery. If you need to make alternative delivery address arrangements, let us know.

International Orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service and cost £12. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note delivery is from the date of dispatch not from the order date.

We cannot advise on Custom and Duty charges in each country and would suggest researching this with your local customs office.

Please see our Returns policy which you can find here.

You can find an International Ring Conversion Chart here. We work in UK ring sizes which are letters from A to Z+6 and half sizes between the letters. Eg. N1/2 is between N and O. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate ring conversion.

We are very proud to have our own British Maker Mark which is registered with the Birmingham Assay Office. Please see the attached Dealer’s Notice for a full explanation of the UK Hallmarks.

Hallmarks are a series of marks that are stamped or laser etched onto certain metals to certify their purity.

Our maker’s mark is KT in two back to back crescent moons and is usually followed by the metal purity and then Anchor mark (Birmingham) and possibly a letter stamp referencing the year the piece was made.
